Passerina Brut sparkling wine Orso Bianco

  • Grape variety: 100% Passerina grapes
  • Denomination: Italian grape varieties
  • The production areas are the regions of Abruzzo, Marche and Umbria. Yield per hectare: 110/140 quintals. The harvest is done entirely by hand.
  • Vinification: “In bianco”: the must is immediately separated from the skins to enhance all its characteristics. The wine, produced according to the Martinotti method, is placed in sparkling wine autoclaves in contact with selected yeasts for about 4/5 months at a temperature of 18°C. It is then chilled at -4°C for 8/10 days to stabilize, and then filtered and bottled.
  • Organoleptic characteristics: Clear straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It has a fine and persistent perlage. The scent, fresh but pronounced, is reminiscent of unripe fruit. Full harmonious flavor with the right body.
  • Recommended pairing: Ideal sparkling wine to accompany an entire lunch or to spice up a conversation between meals.
  • Serving temperature: 6/8°C
  • Alcohol: 12% vol.
