- Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September when the grapes have an acid content that ensures freshness to the wine. Fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature. Maturation at the end of fermentation on good lees causes the wine to acquire complex and important tones
- Sight: Straw yellow with greenish reflections
- Smell: Delicate floral bouquet of lilac, honeysuckle and acacia
- Taste: Fruity, citrusy aromas, pleasantly acidic.
